2019 – Miss Sarasota
Ashley proudly represented Sarasota as Miss Sarasota, advocating for addiction and recovery awareness through the Victoria’s Voice Foundation. She also promoted the grooming industry and pet care while launching a program to support single mothers with self-development tools.
2019 – Miss Florida for America People’s Choice
Winner of Miss Florida for America People’s Choice. Ashley carried forward her advocacy work while continuing to highlight pets, the grooming industry, and single-mother empowerment.
2019 – Sarasota OUT Awards
Spot SRQ Dog Grooming voted Favorite Pet Service in the Sarasota OUT Awards, recognizing excellence in local businesses.

2020 – Selected for HBO Max Grooming Competition
Ashley was just eight days away from flying to Los Angeles to be featured in a grooming competition series on HBO Max. Though production was halted due to COVID-19, being chosen for this national platform underscored her reputation as one of the industry’s standout groomers.
2022 – Sarasota OUT Awards
Voted Favorite Pet Service once again. While Hurricane Ian prevented attending the ceremony, Spot SRQ remained active in the community by delivering food and pet supplies to families and churches.

America’s Got Talent – Grooming the Pompeyo Family Dog Troupe
Ashley and Spot SRQ Dog Grooming’s work was featured on America’s Got Talent through the Pompeyo Family Dog Troupe. She groomed nine dogs for their national stage performance, ensuring each pup looked its best. During judging, Simon Cowell himself remarked on how the troupe’s grooming had improved from the previous week — a rare and powerful recognition of Ashley’s artistry and precision.
